4. Digital Products
Digital products, including The Rooting Intensive, are delivered immediately to the email address provided at checkout. All sales are final.

These products are for your personal use only. They may not be shared, resold, or redistributed in any form.
If you complete the Rooting Intensive, you'll receive a credit code equal to the cost of the Intensive, applicable toward your first coaching package. The details of that process are outlined at the end of the Intensive.
 
5. Coaching Enrollment
Enrolling in a coaching program through this site means entering into a separate coaching agreement, which governs the terms of that relationship. The coaching agreement, refund policy, and communication policy are the controlling documents for everything related to the actual coaching work. These Terms of Use govern your use of the website itself.

Coaching enrollment includes the Sequoia Fit Guarantee, detailed in full in the coaching agreement provided at signup.
