Three phases.

Ten stages, each one building on the last. Someone in your corner the entire way.

One finish line.

STAGES 1 - 4

The Root Work

Most people skip this part. They want to start with the meal plan, the macros, the thing that feels like doing something. The Root Work isn't glamorous. It's sleep. It's water. It's learning to see what you're actually eating before you try to change any of it.

You won't see much from the outside. That's the point. Stages 1 through 4 build a body and an environment that are actually ready for change, not just willing to try.

STAGES 5 - 7

The Growth Season

Your Sequoia starts growing here. The Growth Season takes everything built in Phase 1 and runs it through real life. Not the controlled version, the actual version. This is where it gets tested.

Restaurants, travel, busy weeks, the dinner you didn't plan for.

Stages 5 through 7 are where the roots prove they were worth building. This isn't about starting over every time life gets messy. It's about finding out the foundation holds even when it does.

STAGES 8 - 10

The Canopy

This program ends when you don't need it anymore. Stages 8 through 10 are the capstone: full precision, then full freedom.

Maintenance without math. That's always been the goal. Graduate, and there's a name for what comes next.

Then, you're a

Legacy Sequoia

Stage 10 isn't the end of the work. It's the point where the work stops needing you to think

about it.

You'll have a real look back at everything you built, and you'll finish with the Sequoia Alumni Manual. Your wins, your final numbers, your own blueprint for staying exactly where you are.

This isn't a program you finish and forget. It's a place you get to stand.

Start Where You Are

The Sequoia 10 begins where you are right now. If Stage 4 is already automatic,

we don't spend six weeks pretending it isn't.

Season

You've seen the path.

Meet the person who's walked it.
